Shipping & Returns
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Orders made on working days before 12.00 pm, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to keep this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
On the product page you will find an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted include shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium.
€9.95 for orders from other countries in the EU
€15.99 for orders outside the EU
Delivery takes place via PostNL or parcel delivery company DPD. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 09:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking after all or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your address to the webshop are at your own expense. The costs for this depend on which carrier you use, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the seller with all accessories and – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you must first contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly state in your message which articles are involved. We will provide you with a return address. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged, used or the packaging is opened, we may refuse the returns.
Treat the product with care and make sure that it is carefully wrapped so no damages occur.
Shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
Do you want to exchange your product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact email@example.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
